Thank you for your interest in working with Pilgrim Films & Television.  Below you will find a link to our downloadable Submissions Agreement form.  This form MUST be physically signed (not electronically signed).  A scanned copy can be sent back to submissions@pilgrimfilms.tv or faxed to (818) 478-4510 along with your pitch materials.  If your project proves to be a good fit for our current slate, then someone from our development team will call you to further discuss.
