American Chopper follows New York based company Orange County Choppers, a family business owned and operated by Paul Teutal, Sr. and his two sons, Paul Jr. and Mikey, as they build custom motorcycles. Each episode centers around the OCC crew as they come up with new and innovative ways to build custom motorcycles but it’s the family dynamic between father and his sons that makes this show unique. Paul, Sr. and his son Paul, Jr. work together, often disagreeing about how the bikes should be built, as Paul, Sr. cracks the whip to make sure deadlines are met. Mike is the fun-loving son who brings levity into a sometimes tense OCC work environment.
